My name is Mathieu Moulin, I am currently an Associate Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker in Loudonville. Over the past several decades, my family has amassed an investor portfolio in excess of 30 units in Manhattan, 18 single family and multi-family properties, 20+ garages in the Capital Region and eight multi-unit properties throughout France.

I have lived in the Albany area for the past 17 years; my family is being raised here my life is firmly rooted in the area. Not only do I live here, but I invest here and make my living in the area. I feel very profoundly, that by building the market it works positively for us all.
